New PR-DVD about Århus Film Workshop
In the summer of 2003 Århus Film Workshop celebrated its 25th anniversary. In 2004 we are looking forward to collaborating with the Danish Film Institute on a long-term basis, and at the same time the workshop is going to play a substantial part in the efforts of the Municipality of Århus to create a film-producing community in Århus. Recently Århus Town Council has promised an extra grant of ½ million D.kr. a year in the period 2004-2007 with special reference to talent development and co-operation with Station Next.
That is why we have chosen to publish this DVD, which casts a glance on our production and other Film Workshop activities from 1990-2002 and also gives examples of the excellent productions which have been made in 2002-2003.
It has to be mentioned that a number of these films have received prices in march-april 2004, and the workshop wishes to continue festivaldistribution.
